Pull any column from your list into the email. Spintax varies the wording so a thousand emails are not identical.

Write two versions of a step. Keep the one people answer.

Emails go out during the lead's working hours, not at 3am their time.

A reply in any of your inboxes stops the sequence for that person. No awkward bump after a yes.
